Disputes of the airline
1. Delay in boarding flight will be customer’s responsibility not of the company (Flightssupport).
2. Any medical issues not informed to the company then the company will not be responsible for any kind of turbulence.
3. At the day of flight if your health report is corona positive then according to the guideline of the government the company is not responsible for any kind of refund.
4. In the flight if are not favourable to the environment of airlines then the company is not take a call for the problem.
5. In the flight if you are not satisfy with the quality of food provided by the airlines then the company is not responsible for the food quality.
6. In the flight by chance any technical issue and you get late for your destination then company is not responsible for the technical issue.
7. If you face any problem related to the flight then company is not responsible for the problem.
8. In the flight if you are not satisfy with the behaviour of the flight attendants then company is not responsible for the problem.
9. If the passenger misbehave in the flight then the airline can take a legal action against the passenger and in this situation the company is not responsible for that.

Disputes of Hotel
1. If the customer have any issue with the room no. in the hotel then this issue is not the responsibility of the company (Flightssupport.com).
2. If the customer have any problem related to the quality of food of the hotel then this is not the responsibility of the company.
3. If the customer face any problem related to the room then the company is not responsible.
4. If the customer is not satisfy with the service provided by the hotel then this is not the company’s call.
5. Behavior of the staff of the hotel is depends on the customer this responsibility is not of the company.
6. The parking of the hotel is not according to your wish then this is not the responsibility of the company.
7. Flightssupport are always stand with you as a mentor but the last and final call is of the hotel.
Dispute of Car
1. In case of car booking if customer book the car and not going for the destination in such condition the company (Flightssupport) is not responsible for the refund.
2. As the book car is given to the customer before going to the destination will be taken as such by the customer after the destination trip.
3. In case if any interior breakage happen in the booked car then broken or damaged parts amount will be charged by the customer in this case the company is not responsible for the chargeable amount.
4. In case if any kind of nuisance or dirt happen in the booked car then the customer will be charged for the cleaning of the car this is not the companies call and company is not responsible for the amount payable.
5. The company is responsible only for the segment of the car which you booked, not for the particular car or for the particular car brand available at the time of delivery.
6. Flightssupport are always stand with you as a mentor but the last and final call is of the car owner.
Dispute of the Visa
1. In case if the visa has come from the passenger and the passenger does not go to the destination under the period of the visa, in this case, the company is not responsible for the refund.
2. In case at the time of boarding, if any nuisance thing is found with you, in this case, your visa will be suspended and the company is not responsible for the problem.
3. If your passport is damaged, lost or expired then according to the government guideline you are not allowed to travel, in this situation the company is not responsible.
4. If any kind of mistake or error is found in your passport at the time of boarding then you will not be able to fly then this is not the companies call.
5. If the passenger is caught with any kind of suspicious activity and by this nuisance, by chance, your flight missed then the company is not responsible.
6. If your visa gets rejects then visa fee and service fee always nonrefundable.
